I’ve recently finished writing a story for young readers and have been learning about children's book publishing, but I’m unsure which publishing path is the best. Some people suggest traditional publishing, while others recommend self-publishing for more creative control. I’m especially curious about how authors handle illustrations, editing, and distribution. For those who have experience in this area, what would you recommend to someone starting their first children’s book publishing journey?

The best way to start children book publishing is to write a simple story, understand your readers, edit well and professional and choose the right publishing path.
